Damn, If I had dug deeper on that 3rd set I could have gotten 3 clean sets before I needed a spot, rather than 2.

Let that be a lesson to me and to you; when you're in the thick of something difficult there is never a better time to give it everything than the present moment, because throughout the entire process you will never be as strong as you are right then and there.

I just did 87.5kg for 4 and then 85 for 8 reps. Something malfunctioned clearly

@BeefySenpie when we lift close to our limits any little thing can throw us off because every little bit matters.

Could have been your form, your mindset, a lack of sleep, a sore muscle, any, all, or none of these 🤷🏽‍♂️.

As long as you did your very best that you had in that moment you will be fine.
