Is it possible that Mondays are the best days of the week?

I believe that Mondays are the best and most optimistic days of the week. Perhaps Mondays, have been unfairly castigated. Please tell us, how you feel about Mondays. What are your views?

Is it mandatory to do such stuff only on Mondays coz for non-working, super-annuated and home-makers, all days are the same?
