I loved being in marching band. For one thing, it was something I could check off my bucket list. I admit, I got an adrenalin rush before, during, and after halftime. Most of my fondest high school memories all start with "well there was this one time in band…" I was that band gal who argued with the captain of the football team about marching band being a sport… in the middle of other classes we shared!

We played volleyball during summer band camp...Heheheh!

But seriously, being in band was awesome. I've always loved music, so it just seemed natural for me to sing & play music too.

Honestly, I don't know if it could be considered a sport, but it is pretty awesome nonetheless. I was in the marching band at my high school and attended every football game as a result. It was a great experience and I think we added a lot to the experience of everyone who attended the games.

I was made to be in band and I hated it!!! With a passion!!!! I was a flag girl and was bullied by the girls. I hated my life. The most horrible people on the planet!!!
