Annual celebrations

May brings the flowers here, and June brings the magic. I watch for it every year, those perfect golden hours when the cottonwood fluff floats through the neighborhood, catching the light like a fairy tale. It always makes me so purely and simply happy. Even now, when there seems so little pure and simple left. ❤️
