@Magenta Macchu Picchu is right outside of Cuzco and it is a little lower but i would say in the 13,000 above sea level. I live in Florida BELOW sea level. the meds didn't help me. i had trouble breathing while climbing

@akindheart Oh my, I imagine. That's a lot of acclimation and that takes time.

@nonsensiclesnail it is so hot here, it is miserable to watch the fireworks but i met this lady in Peru and she is coming down. i will be meeting her this weekend

@nonsensiclesnail she was really nice. from Texas and i met her on my last trip. i have to drive over an hour to see her but she doesn't get down this way often.
