Halloween costumes and money issues
Halloween was always something I looked forward to every year, dare I say more then Christmas. I always loved running around in my costumes, getting tons of candys, and it's something I still love.
But as I got older, costumes started getting recycled due to money issues (which I didn't really mind for a bit).
This year though, me and my family got settlement funds (the reason why will remain private) and during the first few weeks after we got the funds, my dad said "this year, we're going all out because we have money now"
Anyways, the money is basically all gone now. My dad never really was the best at saving money though so I'm not surprised.
Now, why am I even talking about all this? Well, it's quite simple. This year, I was planning to make my own Halloween costume, DIYing and that kind of junk.
Now, I was planning on making a costume of the character/boss called Pure Vessel (from my favorite game, Hollow Knight) and I was even planning to editing it a bit so next year I could be The Hollow Knight (Pure Vessel and The Hollow Knight are the same characters, just at different states).
But as said previous... money is a big issue so that mildly bums me out
"Oh. But you said you were going to make it yourself, why do you need to buy anything??" Well, it's simple. I don't have the things I need to make the costume
But yeah. Anyways, that was just a random rant so yeahhhh
