How i see Halloween

There are 2 avenues the spooky season reveals itself to me, and since that time is coming, i shall compose this ode before escaping the living room into the safety of bedroom.

The higher one is only partially linked to what it's most commonly seen as, in which the term autumnal is accurate. Another key term is nostalgia, of a delicious sad vibe where it's actually loading you with feel good chemical things like dopamine. The visual is bleak, bare tree branches set against a grey sky, and loud aggressive hawks CAWW CAWWW like their already inside your head, and it echoes in there, and things tilt all of a sudden in slow but jagged motions. A key film is Jean Epstein's L'Brumes d'autumn, and his Tempestaire which employs hypnotic slowless with eerieness.

I was wrong about Brumes d'autumn, haha, taken some gummies which is effecting my directorial fellas be.

The other one is the horror genre, and at this point of life i only care for audiobooks, but for horror generally, what matters most is the feeling of unease. People are diverse, and respond to different formulas they dish out. Either campy or dead serious, nothing lukewarm 4 me.
