Devils night

Mom used to tell me about how when she was a kid the night before Halloween. They would toilet paper, trees, and houses they called the Devils Night. Shouldn’t Devils Night be the day after Halloween not not the day before Halloween that way you can toilet paper the houses of the people they gave out fruit, not candy or nothing at all
