Quite a coincidence that I nearly missed

This month had a Friday the 13th, then the full moon is just a week before Halloween. Pretty cool

Amy month starting on a Sunday will have a Friday the 13th

At the rate of about one every 212.35 days, I’d say it’s pretty much inevitable 😐

In fact, it’ll happen ten more times this century @MichaelDemiboy

@AbbySvenz id consider something happening about once in 7 or 8 years to be somewhat rare. When that thing is two things and a loosely related thing happens to come between them this time that is exactly what a coincidence is.

Btw that 212.35 days is an average, which is put a bit askew by February. If February 1 falls on a Sunday in a non-leapyear it happens again just 28 days later. If we were to exclude that occurrence the 212.35 would be a little higher. Ijs

@MichaelDemiboy Friday 13th in October will happen 14 times this century. So works out about every 7 years on average but you do have to wait different lengths of time. There is a constant cycle though it goes 6 years, 5 years, 6 years, 11 years. So the next one is in 2028 (5 years away) and then 2034 (6 years) but then you'll have to wait another 11 years until 2045 for it to happen again then it will be in 2051, 2056, 2062, 2073, etc.

If you like little quirky fun facts, 2028 will only have one Friday 13th in it and it will be in October. I think that is also a constant that only happens once in the above 28 year cycle. So like 2000, 2028, 2056 and 2084 all them years will only have one Friday 13th in them that is also in October.

As for which ones will also have full moons around Halloween time, I don't have a clue, LOLZ!
