Are you able to take naps during the day?

Even when fully exhausted my body doesn't let me nap 😔 once I am up I am up for the whole day

I can during the weekend. If it's been a particularly busy week and I haven't had enough sleep, I can spend Saturday dozing off while watching dvds 😆😆😆
