On Friday my Physio said I need to by new shoes to help with my recovery on my back

But the ones they recommended are like 180€ and I’ve never even heard of that brand before and I told them that I couldn’t afford that atm that even going to physio was a push for me. And basically they asked me if I wanted my back to recover properly or not. Idk what to do :/
