I hope he does so well that it shuts you all up & the rest of the world doesn't have to listen to this bullshit for four years. Your elections already take forever, & now this constant whining. Ugh.

I sincerely hope. He does well too. But judging by the circus he has offered prior to the swearing in, I wouldn't count on it.

I really want him to do well, so that the country does well.

But putting a fox in charge of the chicken coop can mean the outcome is fairly predictable.

Are our hearts with the chickens? Of course.
Do we think they will be alright? No.they don't have a chance.

@CassandraFemale17: did you vote for Hilary then?
@Sonnet: Like you, she's not in the U.S. But that doesn't make her blind and deaf. If this moron "pushes the button", our neighbors aren't safe, either.
CassandraFemale17 · 26-30, F
@Sonnet: I wouldn't tell you who I voted for even if you guessed correctly. She wasn't perfect either.

But at least she wasn't assigning the Defense Department to her hairdresser. Trumps son in law in charge of Israel/Palestine? He didn't even show up to the Observer. He used it as a social ladder. He buys buildings. What does he know about negotiating peace?

I guess we will see.
Again, I wish him well too.
Why not? Zoos can't survive with only one monkey

@bijouxbroussard: errrrr, I actually am in the U.S.
I'm in NYC studying this semester. I come from Toronto, but I'm a dual citizen. I have every right to state my opinion, unless the zookeeper wipes away our rights under the Amendment.

When I joined here, I was in Toronto.
I've spent loads of time in the USA
@CassandraFemale17: I stand corrected. For the sake of both countries, you do indeed have a stake.
CassandraFemale17 · 26-30, F
@bijouxbroussard: on behalf of the Canadian people, and with some confidence, on behalf of Prime Minister Trudeau, and maple syrup lovers everywhere we thank you

You do certainly come over as supportive. 😂
CassandraFemale17 · 26-30, F
@Sonnet: supportive of? Hillary over Trump? Of course. But Hillary wouldn't have been my candidate had I had a choice.

She is super intelligent, qualified etc....but she didn't connect with young people. And I blame her campaign for much of her losses. It was them that steered her away from blue states she lost badly. That's all water under the bridge now.

She lost. The monkey won.
God bless the Zoo S.A.

@CassandraFemale17: we get it. You think he's a monkey. *canned laughter*
CassandraFemale17 · 26-30, F
@Sonnet: we get it. You're tired of it, yet you keep responding. No laughter. Yawn*
Sonnet · 41-45, F
@CassandraFemale17: you've proved your age with that snappy retort. Lol!
CassandraFemale17 · 26-30, F
@Sonnet: still tired of it? Still responding, snappy?
Sonnet · 41-45, F
@CassandraFemale17: it's the monkey thing. If you stop repeated that incessantly & use concise fact based replies instead you'll come over better.
& that's another way of saying witty comeback.
