Another Friday night.

You ever get to the point on here when you want to say something, but you don't know what? That's where I'm at right now.



Walked to the store early yesterday evening (about 1 mi. Round trip). Boy, I paid for it today. I already have some tendonitis going on in my left foot, my right knee is still bothering me, and my lower right lumbar started acting up. I really haven't done a whole lot today other than try to rest up and stay down.
