It's a sad fact.
There was a time when I'd look forward to going out on the weekends.
Seeing friends; going out to the pub or maybe a trip to the theatre or restaurant.
But these days ?
Pricing everywhere is ridiculous.
Often too many street or transport closures for maintenance or non-running services because they don't have the staff or vehicles so it costs you twice as much to do anything by taxi and then you have to figure out the return journey only now it's close to midnight and it all costs twice what it did going !
We're being encouraged to be stay at home babysitters.
