Happy Friday everyone!!! Rest from your toils if you can, know you've done what you could, lay not upon yourself too much at a time, the weekend is to recharge your inner battery, enjoy!!
For me, i might just read from The Atlas today, the title chapter is what i'm on now half way through and it's a long 3 hour chapter, i figure i should try to ride the rest out, a normal good reader can read a whole book in a day, so me a kinda wonky reader should be able to read half a book in a day. There's something comforting about Vollmann, he's just a guy, trying to get the most out of life, to really know other people. Did you know he went to the North Pole and almost died? That's the kind of guy we're talking about.
