is a college degree required to predict weather?? not really that hard and are they accountable to being wrong??

i love how they DON'T tell you the date the forecast is scheduled for...friday may 13 would be nice, sometimes it is 2 days old!! instead they just say...today's forecast is rain LIKELY this morning and showers POSSIBLE this afternoon. look for PARTLY CLOUDY skies changing to PARTLY SUNNY skies. this way they can re-play it anytime real tough!!🙃
