What it mean of my doctor to call me fat?

I went to the doctor on Friday. My doctor is an "In Your Face" doctor. Like she will be on you and she is very strict. She got in my face flat out told me, "I have to be brutally blunt. You're fat. You are this close to diabetes, damn it! Lay off the junk food! Just lay off. You need to lose weight and your cutting is out of control. Stop that shit." I said, "I'm not fat! I'm just big boned." She said, "That's just an excuse. You are fat." I argued and said, "People are accepting bug girls! Also I-" she interrupted me and short back at me, "Unless you wanna keep making lame excuses and end up om the 600 pound life, I suggest you to care about your health." I couldn't say anything else. She really offended me and hurt me but she didn't care. I'm 5'3 and 266lbs. Was she right to call me fat? Doctors aren't suppose to body shame their patients. I don't know if I want to go back to that doctor. She is my primary care doctor unfortunately.

Hate to say this, but your username is self explanatory. Change your lifestyle. Your doctor may have stepped over the line a bit, but at least she cares enough to say something

@SensitiveGirl96 no body is naturally big. People get big by poor eating habits and lack of exercise. She’s just being brutally honest to help you. Sometimes you have to sound mean to get through to people

@SensitiveGirl96 just because I’m a teen doesn’t mean I don’t know anything. There’s no suck thing as “I have big bones” it simple anatomy. And what I said is true. Think of it this way: a baby is naturally born with fat. It’s called baby fat. But they are suppose to have baby fat. As they get older and grow they loose the fat or it moves to other places. But once the baby can start eating normal human food, the parents decides what it will eat. So ultimately the parents decide if the child will be fat or not. Now I’m not saying that a little fat is bad, because it isn’t. But at your height and weight you are looking at serious health issues. Im not trying to be rude but Iran the truth

@SensitiveGirl96 they kinda have a point though. You can’t be too sensitive. You won’t get anywhere in life. If someone is overly sensitive they will let everyone control them by what they say. Which is not good. You need a thicker skin and don’t let everyone upset you. But certain thing such as health, you should listen. From just talking to you on here, I can tell that people have tried to tell you you need to change your health in a nice sugar coated way but you didn’t listen to them so now they have to be more abrasive about it. And you need to listen.
