Aside from packing what else should I do before we leave on vacation?

Also this is already noted...
Pack all of Mia’s toys and food and take her to the sitter (Friday)

Pack clothes and toiletries that I can not easily pick up in Mexico

What household things should I do?
I kinda feel like I need to do a deep cleaning 😬
Maybe just empty the fridge and make sure all the dishes are washed?
Should I Mop?

I do the same. Except it’s not the smell necessarily I just don’t want to walk into a dirty apartment at 11:00 at night after a 7 hour flight...

Before I leave I always make sure a neighbor knows I won’t be home. I make sure all the windows are closed and locked. Certain lights are left on, others left off. The fridge door is closed gas stove is off (idk why it would be on🤷🏻‍♂️ I check anyway)

An I have a friend start my car every once in a while. If I’m gone for an extended period of time.
