I Love Fireworks

I do and my parents are taking us to watch them tomorrow night for Canada Day 馃挜馃挜馃挜馃挄 One of my dogs gets scared by them, so she will stay home馃槍

@Mamapolo2016 Ya that's actually sad. my cousin is 8 and has autism and it's torture for him. :(

I recently read that dogs can hear up to 1/2 mile away, while humans can hear loud shouts from roughly 330 ft.

i know its insane. my other 2 dogs are at my Grandmas so none of them are coming with us. though im sure others might be

@harperxainsley I hope they do their best to shield your cousin from the noise. Dogs sometimes benefit from snug jackets. I don't know what helps autistic people. Maybe a distraction and perhaps ear protection like they use at the airport.

@Alfred22 I forgot about that. My dog went completely bonkers at firework sounds and thunder...he would try to bite pieces out of the baseboard, climb on the end tables - he was unreachable in his private terror.,A Thundershirt worked so well that after about a year, he didn鈥檛 need it anymore!
