That's gonna become a huge chaos within a short time. Management really doesn't seem to have a finger on how things really are going. If it were just about not giving a darn, they'd make things at a place just less bad enough for people making mass exodus. They won't be able to fill in all the empty positions quick enough to keep the place calm.
