what's a concert your mom really didn't want you going to see?

I honestly don't recall ever having a desire to see a concert when I was a kid. Post 16, I worked as a photog for a local rag that sent me to some, including Alice Cooper. By that time, my older brothers had pretty much worn my mother down to the point she couldn't care less what I did as long as the result didn't involve law enforcement and/or hospitals.

My mom had me at a very young age so there wasn’t much mothering going on or concern for me when I was a kid/ teen. That’s was sometimes good, sometimes bad. I’d like to think mostly for the good now cos I like me now . Anyway if she was more adult at the time she probably would have hated the time I went to see the band Hole when I was young. I kept getting pushed into the front gates and was sure I’d broken a rib at the time. I did not , but still, if she was more adult she would have hated that I almost broke a rib at Kirk Cobain’s widow’s concert. I know she would have if she was older and I know she did the best she could at her young age . And now I forget the question I was answering cos I was rambling so hopefully this applies.

My parents didn't want me going to any concerts. So I never went.

None. I didn't tell her where I was going and even if I did, she would not have understood anyway.
