birthday sleepover

5 preteen boys for a sleepover ugh lol. they're not that bad but its a handful. I'm glad they are in the basement as well and that my younger kids are not here tonight. Ugh and the thoughts i officially have a preteen now. Where the time go seems like yesterday he was 5 and now hes 10. before i know it he'll be getting married and I'll be a grandma

@letshavefun it is my 2nd oldest will be 8 on sunday I cant believe how big they getting. she stayed with me tonight we been laughing at the goofballs in the basement and having some girl time.

@mysteryespresso im thinking more noise than anything theyre in the basement in the playroom also thats where his bedroom is. I went down a few mins ago and 2 are already asleep and the other 3 are watching a movie.

@Mountainlady16 newer generation of kids are so lethargic. When we were their age we won’t be watching movies or sleeping so early

@NativePortlander1970 yeah the basement is as large as the upstairs when we moved in my husband and my brothers in law spent about first 2 years finishing it we got 4 more possible bedrooms and another bathroom down there. One the bedrooms is my husbands office though
