@Musicman Except I cannot ride anymore, I get too exhausted with my terminal cardiopulmonary disease, a single two minute ride would have me laid out for a week now.
@Musicman Honestly? I make a lousy passenger, I have to be in control of the bike, to shift and brake, to feel the responses of the handlebars, clutch and throttle. They now make automatic gear boxes for bikes, what's the fun in that? Clutching and shifting in the middle of a curve, or even a switchback, is part of the fun.
@NativePortlander1970 I completely agree with you. Sadly my days of even thinking about that is over. That bike in the picture is what my last dirt bike was and looked like. A few of us got them. Things I use to think were vanilla were now scaring the daylights out of me. Then Bobby cracked his shoulder blade and Darryl broke his thumb. That ended our dirt bike riding. When you get older and have to pay the bills you can't afford to sit home healing and not getting paid.
