All i can say is eat right (no sugar)and take care of yourself because once you hit mid/late 50's problems seem to appear out of thin air.. and they always seem to hang around longer than usual

@forestgirl Stay away from starchy foods too as they are converted into sugar in the body... and avoid seed oils (vegetable oil, canola oil etc..) is my last tip
