This one is really hard for me [I Hate Birthdays]

I never really celebrated birthdays growing up. Never got gifts or anything like that. I married the most amazing woman and she changes how I think of everything but I just can't seem to be crazy about celebrating my birthday. I lost my father on my birthday and even though he was crap, I still hurt.

I keep telling her that I dont need a huge celebration but she insist and keeps telling me that she's gonna change the way I think about birthdays.
