And good morning!
I didn't manage to sleep as I wanted, I was going around and around in bed but it's normal the first few days. But I did stay in bed early without electronics and I did a little meditation which I enjoyed.
Then after I fed the cats been feeling unwell to go for training and so I made myself a coffee.
I'm going to add the training somewhere in my day.
And I'm going to paint too today!
