akindheart · 61-69, F

@akindheart I think Sandwich Spread came about because of fear of Mayonnaise being made with raw eggs and the need to keep sandwiches made with mayonnaise refrigerated.
I remember warnings as a kid about taking unrefrigerated sandwiches on picnics.
