I write this in the last couple hours of the 23rd.

Really long sleep, and shall be using a sprint video to read more, until a better one comes along i'll use this one 11 and a half hours long, plenty of 30 minute sprints in there, i don't have the volume, and the lady doing it is how shall i say it, ... easy on the eyes 😍 but not too much to pose a disruption of concentration.

At least 5 hours before a nap and 5 more after a nap, then just ONE pill, which will garner an 8 hour sleep. Nothing organic, all synthetic and stuff.
