Doesn't happen as often as it use to. I remember some bad flash floods back when mom had a house near there in the 60s and early 70s.

There's a good opportunity in that for some really nice pictures. In about a week.

@DeWayfarer it’s really humid there today, not nearly as hot but these people living there aren’t used to this humidity so they will be suffering if they have to be outside

@cherokeepatti I know that very well. Swamp coolers do nothing when it's humid. Many had swamp coolers back then.
