Are You Horus, Or Against Us?

The other day I was lying in bed. watching a program on Egyptian Gods. During the program I fell asleep, the next thing I remember, is that something was running around me very fast, on my bed. I screamed for my boyfriend, but nothing came out of my mouth. It felt weird, because I couldn't talk, or move in my dream. Is this what they call sleep paralysis?
