@Handfull1 That's great - close all prisons and abolish the justice system, too... because criminals can't help their compulsion to commit crimes.

@Handfull1 I don't like the term "hormones" being used in reference to men because it makes him sound like some beast like creature who can't help his desires.

We need to make sure that this doesn't become an excuse to justify crimes. Especially when we all have responsibility to not abuse or hurt others - more so when we are potentially dealing with children.

@HootyTheNightOwl again I’m not justifying anything. Cause and effect is not the same.

@HootyTheNightOwl I think you can find that the number of women who have been sentenced for sexual assault crimes in the form of teacher misconduct with a student has increased dramatically in recent years and I don’t believe that @Handfull1 was actually trying to justify anything with her comment. I think it’s been misinterpreted. But once again to everyone who is in this thread it’s not just about male sexual assault. The original story above was written about a male user who is now in the penitentiary but I believe that the warning was issued to all adults who are on this platform and who interact with anyone because they might be interacting with a minor lying about their age identity etc. So just be careful and be aware. Things may not be as they appear or easy to spot as a minor who is obviously lying and the penalties will be severe for anyone convicted of committing a crime. That’s my take away at least and I’m grateful for the post because it’s something that should be taken into serious consideration when you are on SW or any other part of the web for that matter.
