First time! Usually, my GF spends Christmas with her family in Birmingham but Mum has offered to host her this time! Gonna be a fab Christmas! My brother and his wife and daughter will be there too!

@MrAverage1965 Partly because my mother was hoping I would find "a good lad". It took me a while to pluck up the courage to ask her to meet Mum in the first place. My fault, really....

@MrAverage1965 I said on a post some time ago when I came out it didn't surprise or phase her in the slightest. She is very open, but I think she still had a wish she would see her little girl married to a nice guy. :) But as time went on, I think she suspected I was gay. But I was still nervous about introducing Lucy to her.
