Remember that big fire on a military training area on Wednesday?

The response of the department of defense at first: "The cause is still being investigated, but even IF it was live ammo that caused so much damage, we still need the practice. 🤷"
Then two more fires broke out on different military training areas the next day, also during exercises. Fire departments all over the country started to wear thin with so much personnel and equipment being needed 24/7, so they had to call for help from Germany, Belgium and even France, who thankfully all did come to the rescue.
Then the department of defense had no choice but to change their response: "We're going to review the protocols for training during drought." Important detail: not change, just review. 😒
