Should all US troops be removed from European countries?

It seems pretty obvious that with Rump in charge, if Russia decided to attack Europe, and he is currently doing troop buildups on several borders, that the US would not step in to assist as they claimed they would for decades. They would sit and watch and wait and do nothing. In fact, they would probably start helping Russia since Putin has Rump on a dog leash. The US is already threatening another peaceful NATO country.

Sorry USA, the only solution to this is to now round up Rump and deport him to Venezuela for immediate trial.
