@wildland "phobic". A phobia is a pathology, a state diagnosed by a registered health professional and ameliorated through therapy and medication. Pathologizing of opinions has a dark history.
It's weird that you are trying to create clauses whereby it is anything other than totally despicable for someone to face state sanctions, facilitated by other imperfect biased humans, over an opinion.
I would like for neither someone to be jailed for an opinion that is considered "heretical", or "phobic". That is no one's place.
