Can't stand when the Americans diss our cars from those dumb trucks..

Then I remember we have invented the "PureTech" engine and I have to agree with them 😪

Italian cars... it's the rustbelt on wheels. 🤌

@Kwek00 No longer, Stellantis is technically Dutch now

@Elessar I can tell you, from experience... that people aren't so happy with their Fiat around here. My sisters rusted up pretty quickly. Moms' Alpha Romeo... turned into old metal very quickly too.

@Kwek00 30 years ago? yeah. I live on the coast, even "Inox" steel rusts here, and my 17 years old 500 has no rusting issues whatsoever.

The problem now is that they're just as expensive as better brands like Toyota, and come with an engine known for self-destruction. But not really rusting

Also at least back then you could've said "well yeah it may not be perfect but I paid just 5k", now even a goddamn Panda costs 20k, and they'll sell you an engine that needs its belt changed every 50k km, the oil checked every 10k, and whose interiors/plastics will vibrate like an electric dildo even on the flattest roads, let alone with the avg. asphalt quality we have in Italy and Belgium 😅

@Elessar Nah, my sisters fiat was a few years ago...

@Kwek00 I guess an unlucky one then? Of all the problems I hear of, rusting definitely doesn't seem common 🤔

@Elessar Just saying what I hear over here from people that buy Fiat... it's mainly Fiat, because my moms alpha was years and years ago.
