The reason Europe is so advanced is because the Middle East and Europe have been fighting for thousands of years

We’re a larger area where more tribes had a chance to meet each other and fight. It’s mainly the Roman empire and the germanic tribes. Our wars boosted our technology.

So when we met the native Americans, we were so much more advanced than them that we could just take their land and kill them.
