If Trump really has neutered the US and got into bed with Russia, the US bases in Europe can be closed. Just end the leases.

Then start to make moves to remove the US dollar from the global reserve currency.

Relocate tech and financial services.

It would take decades but I’d rather look to a more assertive Europe than an abusive US.

I think that's the direction we're moving towards. Either Europe fills the gap or China will do.

@Elessar So it would seem. I’m not from Europe but I’d prefer to see an independent and self reliant Europe.

I know that takes more time but it’s better than getting in bed with China.
