Does Muslim terror in Europe never target Royals?

I guess its hard for a terrorist to avoid a Christmas market with several hundred pedestrians.

The upper-class has much better security.

Why would they? They are funded and protected by them via policy

No one is safe from Islamist or any other terrorist element, be it the Royals or common citizen.
