The EU Puts A $60 Cap on Russian Oil
Having failed to reach a decision to put a total embargo on Russian oil, the EU member nations reached an agreement to put a $60 cap on Russian oil imports.
With demand from India and China softening, Russia will either have to drink its oil, or sell at that price.
Meanwhile, the EU member nations are dusting off nuke power plant plans, and pushing full steam ahead with renewable energy sources.
