Barcelona is my favorite “Big city” of the world, in my experience. I treasure the casual atmosphere, the eclectic Gaudi art, the rambles scene for tapas & sangria, stunning women and beach scene, affordable living, weather, Spanish is easy to pick up, English is acceptable, not sure about the university but expect it’s acceptable
