I Have Been to Europe

I am European. I have a EU passport. I have no idea what happens on 31st October. I wasn’t old enough to vote. I am now. I hope all the scare stories about medicines are just that. I am a type 1 diabetic. I have been since I was little. My supply of insulin has never been disrupted!

I hope it's all scare stories too, but I fear there is some basis for them. Please, make sure you have a high stock of insulin in late October, so you don't get squeezed by a temporary shortage.

@Karishma Best way of dealing with that fear is to take precautions. Talk to your doctor about getting a 3 month supply of all you need in early October; look to see what else is predicted to fall short, stock up on those or ask your parents to. I dont imagine food will be an issue seeing you live on a farm, but there's probably other things you need to take precautions about.

Fear eats away at you worst if you dont take any action about it (oh boy did I find that out the hard way)

Thank you. I know things work out. I knew Boris wasn’t the idiot people said he was. He’s an intelligent man. But I grew up European and now I am not! It’s scary not being in your own country! @firefall

@Karishma It certainly is - even if you choose it, as I have, it's quite scary. I admit, I have no faith in Boris at all, but considerable faith in the British civil service to keep things going.
