I Have Been to Europe

I am European. I have a EU passport. I have no idea what happens on 31st October. I wasn’t old enough to vote. I am now. I hope all the scare stories about medicines are just that. I am a type 1 diabetic. I have been since I was little. My supply of insulin has never been disrupted!

Why can’t we have another vote. Now people know what they are really voting for. Why do people say the referendum must count. As if the one they had in 1970 something didn’t! @helenS

@Karishma The idea of a referendum relies on the false myth that there is an eternal "will of the people", which will never change, and wich is revealed in the referendum.

A referendum has very little to do with democracy. I predict there will be a new general election in the UK soon.

The Boris crusade to whip the nation into a frenzy of a no deal exit is a false bluff. The Conservatives secretly want a revote to happen with the resulting outcome, a majority remain.
They dont want to be seen as the instigators of a second vote. Their plan will work and there will be a snap election fought on this very issue. They will lose office for a term however they will be willing to sacrifice this to stay in Europe and not be seen as the political party that forced the revote. It sounds nuts but its true.
