It's a UAP. No other way to explain it.

I'm out of ideas. My first case as a field investigator and the darned thing has me stumped.
I put the video up on here earlier. Two of the four folks who saw it at 9:42 went home two hours later and they say it was still sitting to the west of them dancing around the same way in the sky. His wife wasn't wearing her glasses.
