UAP video for your review.

I can not attest as to the validity of this video that i was just sent for investigation.

Any suggestions as to what this green moving light is? It was seen on May 3rd this year. At first i thought it was a drone or a balloon but it seems to be moving too eratically. There was no wind at the time. Green laser pointer bouncing off of humidity? Four people supposedly saw it.

I have not talked to them yet. I'm just assisting.

I have seen something similar on a video recording the behaviour of a river.

Here, the camera was close to a building with some lamp-light on it, and the object is jerking around in a small area without approaching or receding.

So I think it the lamp-light reflecting off something stuck on a spider's thread quite close to the camera. Not the spider itself, as that would more likely be in its little hiding-place at the end of the thread.

On the river video the web was practically on the camera so visible but out of focus.

@ArishMell Joro spiders are green and get around this way. I'm guessing that this is a first occurance here in Minnesota. Great! Just great!
