UFOs.......................aliens or not?

Are they beings from an alien planet coming for a visit?

If so, what would the purpose of that be?

I find it extremely interesting that we have found tons and tons of UFOs on earth...

But yet, slightly more than none in outter space.

So... I would think most of the UFOs are simply from earth, but can't be identified by the person that sees them.

@Viper It's difficult to say what they are. I've had two sightings in my lifetime, neither of which resembled the "classic" flying saucer at all. "Unidentified" is the best word

@Wol62 no. I couldn't really ascertain a definite shape in either instance.

@CBarson I think a lot of them are just balloons or something in the sky we can't tell what it is... and sometimes the distance complete throws us off, as it's a lot closer or.further than we realize.

Also, ball lighting was cool to read up on and see. And we don't fully understand it.

@Viper I have seen lenticular cloud formations, and although I knew what they were, gazing upon them I could easily see how an observer could mistake them for something else. My partner and I we're out walking on a clear winter night a few years ago and we saw the ISS go by overhead (I later tracked it on NASA's website to verify).
