Need guidance on reporting some one to the EPA.

I'm going to try to keep this short. My mom , aunt , uncle owns a 9 acre plot of land in the country. My uncle is putting alot of trash in the bottom of a rivine. This ravine has water running through it. What are you thinking about getting the EPA involved to get him to clean it up.

@GoFish Hard to tell what is in it . We asked him and said that someone else done it.. But their front yard is really clean from all his junk. .
