The river near my house is flooding for the 2nd time in 10 days

This is what winter has become here. Instead of snow, ice and sub freezing temps we get regular deluges of rain.

On River Ave. no less. It's an interesting time to be alive. In the good 'ol days there was some consistency with the seasons.
