REASONS FOR HOPE

for the naive and those believing the network media there is reason for hope!!
old industrial sites having chemical saturated soil replaced
old obsolete dams removed from water ways
keeping livestock out of watreways also
new improved and organic farming practices
preservation of large tracts of land by individuals, fed govt and state govts
solar and windmills are but a link to new power sources developed by college engineering students of today including plant based, new plants designed to use spent nuclear fuel rods. coal mines used for hydroelectric power, improved storage of heat and power, etc
numerous volunteers, retirees, homeowners, school children are all part of the solution
not just government bureaucracy alone
it took a 30 minute sitcom...all in family and archie bunker... to raise awareness and shrink the hole in ozone layer not charts and graphs, not al gore and friends
