It's such a beautiful place despite the man-made squalor and filth! I guess when you cut to the chase where else have we got to go and live in the numbers we do here on Earth!?

I have heard Greta and I agree with those who advocate we all go plant a lot of trees and I guess we should make it a good deal more after the losses they've been seeing in Australia!

Those that are in power and in government have been trying to scare us with Climate Change since the middle the 1900's. When I was a child in 1978, it snowed in central Florida and they said it was the beginning of an ice age and we would all freeze to death. I was deathly scared that I had a short life to live.

But then I became a Christian and learned at age 13 that God created the Earth, and humans, and animals, and plants, and all of his creations were good and holy, and they were all made to survive until He decided the Earth would end and we would go to heaven or hell.

But even though they scared us with the Ice Age in 1978, and it did snow in Florida in 1991, in the late 1990's, they decide to scare us with Global Warming. Now all of a sudden the Ice Age is over and now we got to be scared about the Sun!!!

Now that that has not been consistent, they have to call it Climate Change.

The Climate Changes every day on every place on the Earth, and it is all in a balance. It is sunny and hot one day, cold and rainy the next.

What is consistent? 1) The Climate always Changes. 2) God created the Earth and all that is upon it and will not destroy it again like he did in Noah's days with the flood, he sent us a sign of His promise, it is called a rainbow. 3) The politicians and those that are greedy for money and power constantly seek opportunities to scare us average people to give up our money or power to them.

They said the world will end in 20 years for 50 years now. 50 years later the world has not ended, we have not gotten frozen to death, the lands are not flooded, and the people in charge keep telling us we only have 20 years to live.

@Carazaa I am looking it up now. It does say, "the destroyers of the earth." But it references Psalms 2:1-2, and Thess 1:3-12 as a guide for clarification. Before I even address these scriptures, you addressed one in the future, not the present or the past. If God was to teach us that His creation was not Good enough on His own, and He needed His next best creation, Man to manage it for Him, He would have said so in the start Genesis.

I actually think we should focus more on reducing the population. Work out how much food can be produced to support X number of people per country and use that.

@Laughman We could get rid of all the elderly, painlessly of course, since they don't contribute anything and are a burden. If that doesn't reduce the population enough we could include the handicapped and the idiots. Then we could go on to Trump supporters.
